Hereafter, the following abbreviations will be used for convenience:
LGSBF: Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa
HQS: Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Headquarters Shanghai
CIAM: Chief Instructor of Affiliate Member

 

Rules and Regulations for Affiliate Members

  1. The annual license fee will be US $ 100.
  2. These training centers will be hereafter called the Affiliate Members or Approved LGSBF Training Centers.
  3. These centers will be provided a license as the Affiliate Members or Approved LGSBF Training Center with its registration number.
  4. This license will have to be displayed at the training center.
  5. The license will be valid for a period of one year.
  6. Non-renewal of the license on the due date would lead to cancellation of the Approved standing of the training center.
  7. Renewal of license will be done after an assessment by Master Zhuang Jian Shen regarding the participation, work and progress made for the development of LGSBF.
  8. A special organization card with a unique membership number will be issued on registration and should be renewed yearly for the membership to be active. The card is to be carried as a personal identity and proof of membership in all official events of LGSBF.
  9. Affiliate Members will be upgraded based on
    • the contributions made towards the overall development of LGSBF in their respective countries
    • their participations in the international conferences to promote friendship, bridge the gap and promote cultural exchanges between their respective countries
    • the number of instructors trained at or by HQS
    There will be five grades of distinction given to Affiliate Members: Platinum, Diamond, Gold, and Silver and Bronze. This will be decided expressly by Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming and Master Zhuang Jian Shen based on several parameters.

    * In exceptional circumstances, a school may receive the highest grade based on the contribution and sacrifices made to promote LGSBF. However, this will be expressly at the discretion of Master Zhuang Jian Shen.

  10. Affiliate Members are entitled to issue participation certificates and on request, the certificates will be endorsed by Master Zhuang Jian Shen. Each such endorsement will be charged a fee of US $ 25 for LGSBF Part I, US $ 50 for Part II, and US $ 100 for the Part III.
  11. Each Affiliate Member must report the number of students studying under them, and collect US $ 2 per student monthly, which should be remitted to HQS.
  12. All the funds collected will be utilized for the promotion and development, study and research of LGSBF for the betterment of the people.
  13. It is mandatory for the CIAM to have participated in the refresher seminars and related events of LGSBF organized by HQS. However the decision of appointment of a CIAM and the grade of his school will be taken only by Master Zhuang Jian Shen.
  14. The CIAM will be included in the International LGSBF Committee to be formed and will enjoy all the privileges accordingly.
  15. This membership is offered only to direct students of Founder Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming or Successor and Principal Coach Master Zhuang Jian Shen.
  16. All instructors must participate in all official events of LGSBF which are organized by HQS. Non-participation may result in demotion of the grade of the school and license.
  17. For each Affiliate Member , there must be at least one instructor who has participated in instructor training camps organized by HQS and has received a certificate to teach LGSBF Part I, Part II or Part III or all the above.
  18. All Affiliate Members should encourage all members to participate in the official events of LGSBF.
  19. The Affiliate Members must limit their jurisdiction to their respective areas. Their purview might cover the state or the city. However, exceptions will be made only when deemed necessary. This decision will be taken by Master Zhuang Jian Shen based on the merits.
  20. All Affiliate Members will keep HQS informed on all the progress being made - in terms of development, publicity, sale of LGSBF materials (where licenses are issued), training camps being conducted and number of students being taught and certified.
  21. If the Affiliate Members do not provide correct information on the enrollment of students or provide false information, the license may be revoked and the grade of the school may be demoted.
  22. Affiliate Members will also be listed in the Official LGSBF Website as an Approved LGSBF Training Center.
  23. All Affiliate Members will be allotted a page in the Official LGSBF Website to host information and pictures of their organization if the Affiliate Member is interested.
  24. An annual charge of US $ 15 will be charged for updating and maintenance of their page. Updates will be done once in 60 days.
  25. Membership will be provided only twice a year.
  26. Web links to the Affiliate Member sites will not be permitted from the Official LGSBF website unless special permission is taken from Master Zhuang Jian Shen.
  27. All Affiliate Members will conform to all rules and regulations of the organization, which may be modified and revised time and again. If any misuse of the name or not conforming to the standards set, would lead to canceling of the Affiliate Membership and the information will be so displayed on the Official LGSBF Website.


    28. These rules will be modified and revised time to time expressly based on the decision of the Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming and Master Zhuang Jian Shen.

Rules and Regulations for Individual Membership

  1. This privileged Individual Membership card is available to any student studying LGSBF in any of Affiliate Members or HQS.
  2. The annual fee for Individual Membership will be US $ 10.
  3. Individuals interested in the membership can approach the Affiliate Members with a photograph and their personal details. Their résumé of training is to be submitted to the HQS by the Affiliate Members.
  4. Individual membership can be applied for only after attending the training course in Approved Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Training Center (Affiliate Members) or by participating in training courses organized by Master Zhuang Jian Shen
  5. All Individual Members will be issued a Photo-id card with a unique membership number.
  6. Individual Members will be listed in the Official LGSBF Website and privy to discounts on the purchase of training materials (subject to availability) from the HQS.
  7. The individual membership also entitles a 5-10% discount at select Approved Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Training Centers (Affiliate Members).
